WHAT! No Shipping?

At this time, subscriptions may ONLY be picked up in store. We DO NOT SHIP (yet)! You may see shipping notations throughout your ordering process, but we DO NOT SHIP, and you will not be charged for shipping.  You will however still need to provied your billing address, as you would for any online credit card order.  If you placed an order before you realized we don't ship, don't worry.  Just shoot us an email and we'll cancel your order

How do I sign up?

You may sign-up online, over the phone or in-store. We DO NOT SHIP (yet), so you must be (or plan to be) in the LA area to come in and pick up your wine. Or send a minion, your choice.  As long as they're over 21.

How often will my subscription be re-billed?

If you have chosen a month-to-month subscription, your method of payment will be automatically charged on the 5th of each month. If you have chosen to prepay for a year, your method of payment will be charged on the 5th of the month you signed-up in once annually.

Do you sell out?

We really never sell out! The wines included in your subscription are specially selected from our over 100 unique wines. In the unfathomable event that (OMG) there is no wine, we'll suspend the current charge and get in touch. As no wine would most likely mean that it's the end of the world, feel free to cancel your subscription.

What if I need to cancel?

Please email us at, or come on in. But really, why would you want to? Because, wine.

How old do I have to be to get a subscription?

21 babes.  We know it's weird out there, but it's still America.  Kinda. Pass the wine.

When can I pick up my wine?

Wine is only available for pick up in our store. Your subscription will be ready to pick up on, or after the 10th each month.
